Kodiaks drop lone game, remain near bottom

The Lundar Kodiaks dropped their lone game of the week and remain near the bottom of the Winnipeg High School Hockey League Price Division standings.

Lundar was in action Thursday, Jan. 8, falling 8–1 on the road to Warren Wildcats. The Kodiaks’ lone goal came late in the first period when Kolten Bell-Sinclair scored on the power play at 5:41, converting a feed from Noah Kuzyk to briefly get Lundar on the board.

Through 13 games, Lundar sits 11th in the Price Division with a 2–11 record.

The Kodiaks return to action this week with a pair of games, travelling to Edward Schreyer on Thursday, Jan. 15 for a 3:35 p.m. puck drop before returning home Friday, Jan. 16 to host Linden Christian at 6 p.m.
