Manitoba Major Junior Hockey League players from the Stonewall Jets — Rylan Slatcher, Adam Newcombe and Evan Deprez — visited École RW Bobby Bend School last week as part of Interlake School Division’s I Love to Read Month celebrations, sharing stories and encouraging students to make reading part of their daily routine. A planned visit to Balmoral School on Wednesday was postponed due to weather.
