Homestead Co-op Carman Cardlock adds debit, credit payment options

Date:

It’s now easier to fuel up in Carman thanks to new payment options at the Homestead Co-op Cardlock.

The site now accepts debit and credit cards, including AMEX, VISA and MasterCard, in addition to traditional Co-op Cardlock Cards.

The upgrade adds convenience for local residents and professional drivers alike, whether they’re filling up a work truck, farm vehicle or just making a quick stop while travelling. The new pay-at-the-pump system features updated payment pedestals, complete with step-by-step instructions for users.

Co-op members also earn equity and cashback on their cardlock purchases.

Homestead Co-op is part of a network of more than 390 Co-op Cardlock locations across Western Canada, offering 24/7 access to fuel and services. A Co-op Cardlock Card allows access at any of these locations.

Homestead currently operates Cardlocks in Austin, Carman, Oakville, Portage la Prairie and Treherne. So far, Carman and Treherne have been upgraded to accept debit and credit cards, with plans in place to expand the feature to other locations.

The Carman Cardlock also serves as a rest stop for professional drivers, with amenities including restrooms, showers and overnight parking.

For more information, contact Homestead’s bulk fuel manager, Ryan Piche, at 204-745-6702, download the Co-op app or visit www.homesteadco-op.crs.
