‘Over the top’ winner

Date:

Carman Dufferin Communities in Bloom (CIB) issued a festive challenge to local businesses this December, encouraging them to help send Carman “over the top” with Christmas decorations. After touring the community, two CIB members selected the Carman Dufferin Historical Museum as the top display. Ann Holmes of CIB presented Cheryl and Dennis Young with homemade treats as a prize in recognition of their efforts. CIB extended thanks to all businesses that took part in brightening the community for the holiday season, with special mention to Evensong and One Insurance as runners-up.
