McCain Foods hosted its fifth annual Free Fry Day on Oct. 9, handing out frozen French fries and hash browns at drive-thru sites in Carman, Carberry, Brandon, Portage la Prairie and Glenboro to support Ronald McDonald House Charities Manitoba. Dorothy Hiebert and Ed Friesen, both of Carman, picked up their fries during the giveaway.
