Legion stoked for Up in Flames performance

Date:

Up in Flames brought the heat when they played at the Selkirk Legion recently. The band includes members Real Jolicoeur on rhythm guitar and vocals, Ken Wiebe on lead guitar, Joe Bukoski on bass guitar and vocals, and Andrew Palanuk on drums and vocals, with Paul Bedard as backup drums and Josh Deserranno as backup on bass when needed. Three of the group’s main cast are firefighters when they aren’t rocking stages in the region, so Up in Flames seemed like the perfect name for the group. They started their journey as a group at a talent show at Clandeboye Hall and now play a mix of upbeat newer country, classic rock, and a mix of 90’s music at weddings, campgrounds, formal dinners, fundraisers, fairs, private parties, Legions, rodeos, and more.
