There were 58 racers ranging in age from eight to 60 on hand for the annual Boundary Trails Nordic Club’s annual Bell Ringer event. The participants enjoyed the amazing trails that Gord and Lara Hamm have on their property just outside Thornhill.
Leading the way on the podium were the women were Jessica Kagan, Kristi Krahn and Kailey Peters, while on the men’s podium were Terrence Penner, Gideon Hoeppner and Jamie Fox. All of these top finishers ran between 40 and 42 km with close to 1000m of elevation.
