Paddling fun at Lake Minnewasta

Date:

Lovely weather made it a good day to hit the water at Lake Minnewasta Saturday for the annual Morden Paddlefest. The event gives people the chance to try out canoes, kayaks, and paddleboards free of charge. The Manitoba Paddle Association was also in town with two dragon boats for participants to take for a spin. The event serves to promote the Morden Paddle Club, which offers rentals at the lake throughout the summer.
