Elm Creek Skating Rink scores $40,000

Date:

Elm Creek Skating Rink is one step closer to turning on its new artificial ice plant thanks to a $40,000 donation from Richardson Pioneer Starbuck.

Representatives Chris Miller (left) and Vince Sotheran (far right) presented the cheque to Brad Tkachyk and Daniel Lepp of the rink committee.

The contribution supports the final phase of the installation project, which has already seen pipes installed, concrete poured and plant equipment set up in time for use this fall.
