The Altona/Rhineland area marked Remembrance Day with a ceremony at Gretna Elementary School last week that included a message from Pastor Richard Bage, music from the W.C. Miller Collegiate band, the laying of wreaths in honour of fallen soldiers, and, of course, a moment of silence.
