Progressive 50/50 draw

Date:

Stonewall United Church held the draw for its progressive 50/50 on Dec. 15 at noon, with Mayor Sandra Smith pulling the winning ticket. The $2,078 prize was won by Kelly Lount of Westwood, who said the timing could not have been better since she recently had to replace her washer and dryer. Proceeds from the fundraiser will support window and roof repairs at the church. The Stonewall United Church Fundraising Committee — Kari Kinley, Allison Mankewich and Joanne Wyman — thanked the community for its support.
