JV Royals make it two-straight to round out KPAC schedule

Date:

The Lord Selkirk Royals JV Boys Basketball Team concluded their regular season with one of their best results of the season last week.

On Thursday, Selkirk downed the Calvin Christian Eagles, 93-72, on home court to finish ninth in the 12-team KPAC Tier 1.

The victory marks the first time this regular season that the Royals have won back-to-back games, which should provide momentum entering the postseason.

Selkirk finishes with a 3-8 record in the KPAC games for 14 points, and a minus-111 points differential.

Postseason schedules have yet to be released despite 10 of the 12 teams now through their regular seasons.

Calvin Christian and the Transcona Titans close out regular season play on Monday, Feb. 23.

Playoff schedules are expected to follow.
