Holiday giving sparked

Date:

Amaya Dawson delivered carts full of toys, crafts, games and beauty items to the Child Life Program at HSC Children’s Hospital after raising funds through her family’s Magic for Amaya garage sale this summer.

The Stonewall youth spent $450 on gifts that will help brighten the days of kids staying in hospital, providing prizes, birthday surprises and daily craft activities.

The family encourages the community to continue supporting Child Life, which relies on donations to bring comfort, joy and normalcy to young patients.
