Beach Blast at Lake Minnewasta

Date:

Colert Beach was packed July 1 for Morden’s Canada Day Beach Blast, which included live stage entertainment, a sand castle contest, and fireworks to cap it all off.

Despite a truly awe-inspiring lightning storm and heavy rain, the fireworks went off with a bang just a few minutes behind schedule after the storm system moved on.
