Charlie Johnston brings life to water tower

The Selkirk water tower’s top was given a tip-top makeover a little while ago, and now the base is getting the same sharpening up. Charlie Johnston, who is responsible for many of Selkirk’s murals, was spotted atop some scaffolding contributing more of his art to our community.
