Love & literacy

Date:

The Morden Family Resource Centre hosted its annual I Love to Read Valentine’s Party Feb. 12. Over 30 families came out to enjoy a host of activities aimed at the pre-school set, including an obstacle course, sensory bins, a cozy reading corner, crafts, dancing and singing, and guest reader Morden Police Sgt. Scott Edwards. “We love to focus on early years literacy in our programs and it was fun to celebrate reading at our party,” noted executive director Jen Froese.
