Overnight spike hits Manitoba

Date:

Gas prices jumped sharply overnight at service stations, rising from 141.9 cents per litre on March 5 to 149.9 cents per litre in less than 24 hours. The increase reflects a broader spike seen across the province and Canada in recent days, largely driven by rising global oil prices amid escalating conflict in the Middle East and concerns about potential disruptions to international oil supply.
