Donation to soup kitchen

Date:

The Selkirk Steelers, Aaron’s No Frills, Clandeboye Store/Prairie Petroleum, and Old Dutch were pleased to donate $1,500 to the Selkirk Food Bank and the Our Daily Bread Soup Kitchen in Selkirk. This donation was made possible by the fans of the Steelers as well as students and staff at William S. Patterson, Ruth Hooker and Mapleton Schools. The Steelers hosted a school day afternoon game and lunch for students and the lunch proceeds were donated to the soup kitchen and food bank.
