Thirteen-year-old Tanner Veenendaal (left) and Jordan Kooiker spent a sunny afternoon selling pumpkins along Highway 13 north of Carman. The young entrepreneurs set up a roadside stand offering a colourful selection of locally grown pumpkins to passing motorists and community members preparing for fall decorating and Halloween.
