Battling rising water

A Carman resident works to clear a storm drain as persistent rainfall continues to leave water pooling on community streets. Environment Canada reported 5.9 mm of rain on June 28 and 27.2 mm on June 29, with an additional 29 mm expected on Tuesday. Have a weather photo to share?
