For Fire Prevention Week department education officer Davina Mason will be presenting to daycare children and Kindergarten to Grade 4 students and some in Grades 5-7. The theme this year is Lithium Batteries as they are becoming more of a problem with accidental fires. She will also go over escape plans, smoke detectors, home fire safety and calling 911.
