Harrison retires after 16 years of service in Lundar schools

Cindy Harrison is retiring from the Lakeshore School Division after 16 years of dedicated service at Lundar School and Lundar Early Years School.

Throughout her career, she worked as both an educational assistant and secretary, drawn to the roles by her love of working with children and the positive school environment that kept her motivated.

“I truly enjoyed my job and the people I have worked with,” Harrison said.

In retirement, she looks forward to some well-earned rest—though she’s heard that life often gets even busier after leaving work. Harrison plans to stay connected to the school community, with grandchildren attending school in both Eriksdale and Lundar.
