The RM of Gimli hosted its annual Christmas in Gimli celebrations on Dec. 5 and 6, with holiday activities taking place throughout the community.
Festivities began at the Harbour Stage, where students from the Romanna Klymkiw Music Studio performed at 6 p.m., followed by a welcome and Christmas greeting from Gimli Mayor Kevin Chudd and Interlake-Gimli MLA Derek Johnson followed by the community tree lighting and a visit from Santa. The evening concluded with a performance by Adam T Elvis.
