St. Andrews’ Randy Antonio received the Emergency Management Exemplary Service Award (EMESA) for his long-time volunteer contributions to local, provincial, national, and international Search and Rescue organizations. EMESA’s are awarded to Canadians who have dedicated their lives to emergency management and made outstanding contributions in their field.
