Progress continues for Stony Mountain development

Date:

Work continues for a residential development in Stony Mountain that is expected to be complete by next summer.

Mountain Ridge Park Development, located at the junction of Maple Drive and School Road, is a four-phase residential development with a total of 81 single-family homes in the first three phases. Phase 4 will offer multi-family dwellings.

“All services and roads are complete in Phase 1 and 2,” said Melissa Gleich, director of Kenaston Development Inc., which is developing the project.

Foundation work has started on some lots, and increased construction should begin soon. In addition, Manitoba Hydro work is now underway.

Phase 3 is currently in the application stage and Phase 4 is in the planning stage.
