The Stony Mountain Rockwood Fire Department hosted its annual Open House and hot dog lunch in recognition of Fire Prevention Week, held each year in early October. Although rainy weather moved the festivities indoors, children enjoyed the Sparky the Fire Dog bouncer set up inside a truck bay and had the chance to explore the fire trucks.
