An extra tall Frosty

The weather took an unexpected turn as temperatures climbed to plus 4 degrees Celsius on Dec. 7 while this friend group were enjoying the drive-thru light display on Winfield Way. This unusual warm spell created the perfect conditions for snow—sticky and ideal for building snowmen. This construction crew needed help getting the top layers on this Frosty snowman, which eventually was 10 snowballs high.
