On Saturday, Feb. 7, the Argyle Curling Club hosted its sold-out Ladies Glow Bonspiel, themed “Grannies Glow Wild!” Twenty teams brought plenty of creativity and energy to the ice. The Best Costume award went to Team Tristram — Karen Tristram, Rae Lucier, Jennine Campbell and Hannah Richards — who curled as the “Granny Wolves.”
The bonspiel title was claimed by Team Manaigre of Lorette, with skip Chelsea Manaigre, third Jill Lautenschlager, second Aralynne Gerow and lead Abby Lautenschlager. Organizers thanked all participating teams and the volunteers who helped make the event a success.
