A large contingent was on hand Saturday at Morden Park for the Pembina Valley Run to End Endo. Endometriosis affects one in every 10 Canadians, afflicting them with severe menstrual pain, chronic pelvic pain, and fertility challenges. Many often feel alone in dealing with their disease due to lack of awareness and understanding or even dismissal of their symptoms by others, which is why the awareness raised by walks across the country is so important. The local walk drew a huge crowd of participants and supporters and raised upwards of $13,000, contributing to the over $180,000 raised nationally this year.
First local Run to End Endo a huge success
