The Interlake Phillies U17 team led the organization’s efforts this past week, posting a 3-1 record after splitting a pair of rescheduled games before sweeping a weekend doubleheader.
Interlake opened the week June 24 at JBSC 1, where the Phillies completed two makeup games against the Eastman Wildcats that had originally been postponed because of weather on June 10. The Phillies dropped the opener 12-6 before rebounding with an 8-4 victory in the second game.
