Top-tier U17 AA female softball teams from across the province will head to Carman July 25–27 for the 2025 Softball Manitoba Provincial Championships.
The Carman Ball Diamonds will serve as the backdrop for the three-day event, which features eight teams split into two pools. Pool A includes the Southwest Strikers, Eastman Blaze, Manitoba Reapers, and Central Charge. Pool B features the Interlake Maroons, Westman Storm, Westman Heat, and Thunder Storm.
The opening pitch will be thrown at 10:45 a.m. Friday, with round-robin play continuing through Saturday. Teams will compete for a spot in the semifinals, with the top two teams from each pool advancing to Sunday’s playoffs.
Semifinal games are scheduled for 10 a.m. Sunday. The winners will move on to the gold medal final at 2 p.m., while the losing sides will play for bronze at noon.

With a packed weekend of softball ahead and Carman’s reputation for hosting high-calibre tournaments, the stage is set for a competitive and memorable championship.
