Work is underway on the second 19-unit phase of the Hamilton Court Apartments. The new phase will feature a mix of one- and two-bedroom units, some with balconies. Frank Klasen of K Block Developments Inc., who is leading the project, said construction is currently paused while the company secures a framing contractor. More details will be released once the agreement is finalized.
