Understanding and healing 

On May 29, the Kairos Blanket Exercise “Braving the Healing” in Carman was well attended with 25 participants. Southern Health’s Healthy Together Now Grant provided the funds to help put this empathic learning educational event on. A big thank you goes out to Indigenous Knowledge Carrier Viola Plett, Elder Carolyn Moar, and co-facilitator Mat Pilgrim for sharing their knowledge at the event.
