Young curlers got the chance to meet one of Canada’s most accomplished athletes during the Carman youth bonspiel held Nov. 14 to 16. Four-time Scotties Tournament of Hearts champion Kerri Einarson stopped in at the Carman Curling Club, where she chatted with participants and posed for photos.
Einarson, who also owns multiple Grand Slam titles and has represented Canada on the world stage, encouraged the girls as they took part in the weekend event.
