Rams capture provincial bronze

The Stonewall Rams junior varsity girls’ basketball team captured the 2025–2026 Manitoba High Schools Athletic Association provincial bronze medal after defeating the St. Norbert Celtics 37–31 at Linden Christian School in Winnipeg on March 14. The Rams rebounded from a tough 51–42 loss to the Leo-Remillard Renards in semifinal action to secure the bronze medal with a strong performance in their final game of the tournament. Stonewall opened the provincial championship with a convincing 30–17 victory over the Sanford Sabres, setting the tone for a solid showing throughout the competition. With the win over St. Norbert, the Rams wrapped up the tournament with a well-earned third-place finish on the provincial stage. Justine Farkas, Drea Fournier and Avery Patrick were named game stars, while Sara Vande was named a provincial all-star. On March 5, the Rams defeated the Shaftesbury Titans 42–34 in the league final.
