Wildcats heading to provincials

The Warren Collegiate Wildcats made history this week, capturing their first Manitoba High Schools Athletic Association (MHSAA) Zone V Senior Boys Baseball Championship banner. The Wildcats earned the title with a 7–3 victory over the Stonewall Rams in the final, held May 21 in Grosse Isle.

Earlier in the day, Warren advanced to the championship game after defeating Ashern/Lundar 11–5 in the semifinal. The Wildcats now look ahead to competing at the MHSAA Provincial Baseball Championships scheduled to take place from May 29 to 31 in Stonewall hosted by Collège Stonewall Collegiate.
