Kahleigh’s Brew Barn, owned and operated by Kahleigh Dubois in Riverton, was named the Manitoba champion of La Poutine Week with her Sweet Home Manitoba poutine.
Dubois enhanced the restaurant’s Crispy Chicken Honey Dill Fries for the competition by using classic KBB McCain fries grown in Manitoba, topped with cheese curds, mozzarella cheese, warmed Manitoba-made honey dill sauce, crispy chicken, applewood smoked bacon crumble, and fresh dill. This delicious poutine will be available for a few more weeks.
